NEWCASTLE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH is a multi-disciplinary service providing workplace assessment, evaluation and control advice to the NHS and to other organisations.

A team of doctors, nurses and occupational hygienists offer a comprehensive range of services focussing on the worker and the workplace. Support to organisations on many aspects of risk management is available.

The commercial arm of Newcastle Occupational Health is based at Newcastle General hospital in Weston Court.

There are three NHS occupational health departments in Newcastle.

Freeman hospital
Royal Victoria Infirmary
Newcastle General hospital

These departments are nurse-run. Doctor clinics are performed in all of the departments at set times. Contact local departments for further information.
